CLINICIAN-GUIDED VR EXERCISES
NECK REHAB REIMAGINED
Clutter Technical Platform & Odin Neck Games connect neck assessment with immersive and engaging clinician-guided VR exercises.
Inspired by Norse mythology and Nordic landscapes.
TWO CONNECTED PLATFORMS
REVEAL. TRAIN. VERIFY.
Clutter performs repeated assessments of subtle dysfunctions, which “hands-on” assessment cannot detect. Odin Neck Games provides immersive VR training, guided by clinicians, to improve treatment adherence and the clinician–patient alliance.
01
Reveal
CLUTTER
Clinicians combine Clutter reports with clinical examination and reasoning to select exergames and difficulty levels for each patient.
02
Train
ODIN NECK GAMES
Patients engage in immersive exercises while exploring the realms of the Norse universe, helping them stay motivated and adhere to treatment.
03
Verify
CLUTTER
Clinicians and patients review milestone reports to track changes in the patient’s condition and determine whether the treatment plan should be adjusted.
Above the surface
Examples of symptoms patients may describe:
- Pain
- Dizziness
- Poor concentration
- Fatigue
- Plus many more
Beneath the surface
Diverse individual sensorimotor disturbances
- Highlights the importance of developing specific treatment programs for specific dysfunctions
- Plus using objective measures to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment
- The primary sensorimotor disturbances trigger diverse compensatory mechanisms
- These may vary among patients
- Effective treatment therefore requires: accurate clinical examination and mature reasoning skills

NEXT GENERATION OF NECK REHAB

New
Neck Orchestra
Odin conducts “the symphony of neck muscles” in a VR setting in the Norse universe. Players perform in sync, using fluid, precise and unpredictable head and neck movements that stimulate the deep and superficial neck muscles to work in harmony.

New
Neck Wobble Board
Players respond to external perturbations created by a ball upon the head in VR. Using subtle head-neck movements, they steer the ball through obstacles implemented in varied landscapes. The goal is progressive training of the deep neck muscles to stabilize the neck with the superficial muscles coactivated or not.

Founder’s statement
“Head and neck injuries pose some of the most complex challenges in clinical care. Clutter and Odin are built to address the needs of both clinicians and patients, helping them work together to overcome these challenges.”
